Sometimes we can get so tied up in the everyday humdrum of our lives, that we forget the bigger picture. I invite you to try this fantastic life tool totally FREE OF CHARGE! When you choose to work with a life coach, sometimes you will know exactly what you want, other times you might feel something is missing but can’t quite put your finger on it. Well, this little tool can help you identify where you’re at and what you want to achieve next.

1. Firstly get a blank sheet of paper
2. Then draw a circle, draw lines across the circle to create a pizza effect with 8 segments
3. Each segment represents an area of your life, you can label them as you wish, here are some common labels you may wish to use; family, relationships, friends, career, study, fun, excitement, wealth, health
4. Once you’ve labelled your eight segments, imagine each segment has a 0-10 score for your current satisfaction level in this area, say the centre of the circle is 0 and the outer edge is 10, either shade the area your satisfied with (i.e. a 5 in the health segment would give you a half coloured segment from the centre to half way out) or simply label each segment with your scores
5. Now review what you have in front of you, this will give you an idea of the areas you’re most and least satisifed
6. Finally, ask yourself this question “If I could improve any of my scores, which would it be and what makes that important to me?”
